Objective: To reinvigorate the company's brand and raise its profile to succeed in the competitive environment of professional luxury hair care.
As a member of the Marketing & Creative team, I was responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the design department, as well as the overall look and feel of the ColorProof brand. Within 3 months, I streamlined project workflow, managed the creative process from concept to completion, redesigned print, web and social media templates, developed cost-effective custom packaging, oversaw visual merchandising, and directed product photography and retouching. I also coordinated with vendors and production teams to ensure a high standard of visual execution across all media and integrated campaigns, bringing substantial savings to the company.
